I advise on the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts, often handling complex contractual arrangements including supply, distribution, licensing and technology agreements.

My experience
- Acting for a supplier of geosynthetic materials for engineering projects on a manufacturing licence in Saudi Arabia and an associated supply agreement.
- Supported a global engineering company on their commercial arrangements, including with their suite of templates agreements covering SaaS, consultancy services and procurement of goods and services.
- Project managed the commercial element of a carve-out of the UK business of a global manufacturing company, including drafting and negotiating critical supply and services agreements.
- Supported a global chemical company by drafting and negotiating its agreement for the development of its hazardous site.
- Supported one of the world’s largest race car manufacturers on the terms of its core agreement used with all their chosen dealerships in the UK and EEA.
- Supported a global financial institution in creating a new suite of technology templates, including for hosting, SaaS, professional services, implementation services and software development.
