About me

I’m an experienced corporate lawyer who focuses on equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. My practice covers IPOs, reverse takeovers, secondary fundraisings, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. My role is to guide clients through transactions, from early discussions all the way to completion.

I represent a diverse range of clients, including UK-based and international companies whose shares are admitted to trading on AIM, the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and Aquis, private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, corporate advisers and brokers.

I see myself not just as a trusted legal adviser, but as someone who works hand-in-hand with clients. I provide technically sound, practical advice, grounded in the client’s objectives and tailored to their requirements and industry realities, so they know exactly how best to bring about success.

I’m known as a voice of reason, there to help guide the way when the pressure mounts. Seeing a project reach completion always makes the hard work worth it.

Making a difference is something I genuinely care about. I’m a member of our firm’s charity grant giving foundation and our Family and Life Stages group, and I volunteer at local organisations.
