As a clinical negligence specialist, I’m here to help healthcare clients such as NHS trusts and GPs manage claims efficiently and strategically, leading to fair outcomes for all involved.
My role is to advise clients on their chances of success, help them come up with defence strategies and guide them through the legal process, always keeping their values and priorities in mind.
I’m practical to a fault, providing commercially focused advice that helps clients identify key issues as early as possible, manage risk factors and resolve claims quickly and effectively.
I make sure my clients know they’re in safe hands and that they’re always my top priority. I take an empathetic, balanced approach so clients feel supported at every stage and I build partnerships that last, being someone clients can depend on no matter the circumstances.
Supporting healthcare professionals through what can often feel like a daunting process is an incredible privilege. Ensuring they feel heard, understood and fairly represented makes a profound difference – and I’m honoured to play a role in offering that support.
