About me
I’m an employment lawyer who supports clients predominately in the healthcare sector including NHS bodies and commissioners. I also work with private healthcare providers, membership organisations and GP and dental practices.
I advise on the full spectrum of HR and employment law issues, from day-to-day HR advisory work to complex issues including discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE.
I care about making sure clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. I stay proactive, communicate openly, and draw from my experience to guide them toward practical, tailored solutions.
I’m also a member of Hill Dickinson’s LGBTQ+ Networking Group and help organise various activities to raise awareness and show our support for the LGBTQ+ community.
My experience
- Regularly appear on behalf of clients at preliminary hearings in the employment tribunal, including complex cases involving whistleblowing and discrimination.
- Successfully secured the early removal of an NHS client from a complex ET claim at the first preliminary hearing, relying on a technical argument concerning the correct identification of the Claimants’ employer.
- Provide ongoing support to the Corporate Health team, advising on the employment aspects of a wide range of transactions across the health and social care sector.
