My experience
- Successfully implementing a multi-jurisdiction litigation strategy for a US-headquartered global consumer goods distributor in insolvency proceedings, litigation and investigations.
- Successfully represented a high net worth individual in negotiations with one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges concerning profits of HK$300 million from the trading of high-value Ethereum coin-margined perpetual futures contracts.
- Represented 62 claimants in arbitrations against one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges in relation to profits of US$32 million.
- Acted for a high net worth individual in his capacity as a creditor and a member of the committee of inspection in the liquidation of Lamtex Holdings Ltd.
