About me
I work as part of our Corporate team, with particular expertise in advising on private equity backed transactions, share and asset acquisitions, disposals, mergers, investments and corporate joint ventures.
My clients are almost exclusively private equity investors, selling shareholders and corporate purchasers and my role is to help them achieve the best possible outcome. While there are similarities in the client matters, I advise on every transaction is different and I tailor my approach accordingly. I’d describe myself as pragmatic and commercially minded, focused on delivering advice that aligns with each client’s individual business objectives.
Clients rely on me to take a balanced and commercial approach to their transactions and to provide clear, practical guidance throughout not just as a lawyer but as an adviser who has earned their trust.
