I work in costs, specialising in acting for defendants, with a focus on cases involving clinical negligence. With over 20 years’ experience, I deal with a variety of high value multi-track costs claims.
I act for NHS Resolution, something I see as an absolute privilege, as it offers me the opportunity to support an essential public body by helping them to retain funds which could be used elsewhere.
I have one aim – to help my clients limit their costs spend as efficiently as possible. I see it as my job to listen carefully and apply my knowledge to the problem at hand, so I can provide sound advice that’s easy for clients to digest and act upon, enabling them to reach a favourable outcome.
Diligence underpins my work, enabling me to act as a reliable, consistent advisor to my clients. No detail is too small, I scrutinise the challenges my clients face from every perspective, to ensure nothing is missed.
Whenever I get the opportunity, I like to give back and volunteer with local charities.
