About me
I specialise in commercial, IT and IP matters, helping clients with everything from the sale and purchase of goods and services to supply and distribution arrangements and the monetisation of intellectual property. My clients range from SMEs and start-ups to multinational and public sector organisations, particularly where regulated procurement is involved.
Commercial matters aren’t just about providing answers but about solving problems and creating opportunities. As such, I like to get to know a client’s wider business, risks and growth plans so that my advice aligns with their strategy. Clients describe me as personable, easy to do business with, and someone who adds value to the relationship.
Outside work, family is definitely my biggest inspiration. Beyond that, I’m a Liverpool fan, a boxing fan and enjoy a wide range of music although nothing quite beats a bit of Bob Dylan.
