About me
As an expert in commercial contracts, I help clients draft and negotiate clear, effective agreements. I advise on everything from business-as-usual contracts to complex outsourcing agreements, while supporting on existing contracts, advising on issues such as variations and extensions.
I represent a wide range of clients, from sports clubs and professional athletes to household-name brands. I also support SMEs and start-up businesses.
By nature, my approach is client-centric. I take the time to understand the client’s operations, translating this knowledge into commercially sound solutions which are fine-tuned towards each client’s needs and goals. I nurture relationships that lead to long-term success, ensuring I’m there to support the client, no matter what legal challenges they may face.
Contributing to the community is a core part of who I am and I take a leading role in organising the firm’s charitable activities like fundraising events. Anyone who knows me, knows I’m an avid sports fan and I’m passionate about horse racing, football, rugby, boxing, golf and tennis.
