About me
I’m a dedicated corporate tax specialist.
I’m experienced in advising OMBs and high growth companies, especially in the tech space. I also advise international companies, funds, local authorities, NHS Trusts, charities and individuals.
I’m well versed in handling employee share incentive arrangements, while I advise on various other corporate transactions including sales, acquisitions, exit planning, investments, restructuring and reorganisations. Alongside this, I support on property transactions, especially around SDLT and VAT.
I’m here to find the solutions clients need to achieve their commercial ambitions. Bringing a high degree of technical knowledge, as well as a background in mainstream corporate law, I provide practical advice that’s tailored to the situation at hand, so clients can make informed decisions.
I intrinsically understand the role that tax plays in corporate transactions, and I make it my mission to deal with any tax technicalities involved, so clients can just focus on getting the deal done.
I’m a fan of classical music and I have a keen interest in architecture. I also enjoy gardening and running, and I’m proud to say I completed my first Great North Run at the age of 60!
