About me

I’m an insolvency law specialist overseeing a broad insolvency and restructuring practice that covers the entire spectrum of issues that can arise when a business is in distress.

The breadth of my clients reflects that – they include insolvency practitioners, banks, lenders and other finance providers, as well as receivers, distressed property specialists and corporate entities.

It’s a bit of a truism to say no two days are alike but, having specialised in insolvency law for over 30 years with a particular niche in distressed property, I’ve gained a depth of knowledge, insight and experience that’s probably unrivalled among my peers.

That knowledge enables me to generate novel commercial strategies for the benefit of my clients. The fact that some of my client relationships stretch back more than 25 years would lead me to believe they know I’m good at what I do and that I’m personable and easy to work with. (They must also think I’m fun to work with, as I do get asked to a lot of social events!)
