About me
As an expert commercial litigator, my role is to help clients proactively manage legal risk and tackle any disputes they face effectively.
I advise on claims for breach of contract and termination of contracts, along with disputes relating to IT, outsourcing, technology and telecoms. My practice also spans professional negligence and warranty claims, shareholder disputes, competition law claims and sports disciplinary matters.
To add to that, I act as a supervising solicitor on search orders and advise on dawn raids.
My client base is truly international, and I represent clients based both here in the UK and in cities across the world ranging from Dubai to Delhi.
I combine legal expertise and wide-ranging experience with a collaborative mind-set, working closely with clients to help them understand risks and how to achieve their objectives effectively.
Calm and unflappable by nature, I have a talent for dealing with the unexpected to ensure success. It really is satisfying to help a client beat the odds and achieve the best possible outcome!
Promoting access to justice is a priority for me. I’ve undertaken pro-bono work on many occasions including advising a sports governing body on governance and regulatory matters.

- Acting for the Vatican in complex high profile proceedings for declaratory relief in the Commercial Court.
- Advising on the defence of a US $1 billion claim in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) India.
- Acting for the NHS on a high-profile multi-million pound dispute with a global IT systems supplier.
- Advising on the successful defence of a US $12 million claim under English law in the Royal Court of Jersey.
- Acting for a major IT outsourcing company on a number of multi-million pound disputes regarding supply of outsourced IT services.
- Member of England Boxing’s subcommittee on HR, Legal and Compliance and a Judicial Panel Member for England Boxing Disciplinary matters.
