About me
Sustainable culture, long-term growth and values-led leadership are principles I continue to champion in my current Board and mentoring roles at Hill Dickinson. Following almost two decades in leadership at the firm, I now coach the partners and directors, chair the firm’s international alliance, and lead strategic projects in support of the CEO.
My work ethos is collaborative and values-driven… just like the culture I helped create. That legacy remains one of my proudest achievements, closely matched by the joy of sharing meaningful moments beyond work, like supporting Liverpool at numerous Champions’ League finals.
