About me
I’m a construction law specialist, who’s here to support on non-contentious and transactional matters.
I advise on the drafting of construction documents like building contracts, consultancy appointments, collateral warranties and security documents as well as pre-construction services, framework and facilities management agreements. I also offer end-to-end support on construction transactions, including advising on pre-dispute matters.
I mostly act for clients in the transport sector including train, bus and coach companies, as well as large commercial and residential developers and funders. I also act for main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
I’m a safe pair of hands, who clients can rely on to act in their interests and achieve the best outcome. My outlook is commercial and pragmatic and I prioritise clear communication, so my clients always have a full understanding of any potential risks before making decisions and moving forward.
I’m here for the long haul, building robust relationships based on mutual trust and respect. I’m very resilient, so whatever challenge the client faces, I will fight their corner, every single time.
I’m also involved with the firm’s Social Mobility networking group and Schools’ Outreach Programme while I’m a governor at a community primary school in Liverpool as well.
