My role is to offer clients the support they need to meet their statutory obligations and bring about the best outcomes for their patients.
Working with both public and private bodies, I specialise in complex serious medical treatment and welfare cases within the Court of Protection and Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court.
My practice spans a wide range of areas including deprivation of liberty, serious medical treatment, mental health law, inherent jurisdiction, inquests, inquiries, and judicial reviews.
A trusted advisor to my clients, I go out of my way to ensure they’re always comfortable with the direction being taken and that they receive support throughout any difficult court proceedings.
Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to using the law to help people. I bring that passion to the work I do, offering clients the support they need to do good for others. Seeing successful outcomes in critical cases, especially those including urgent life saving treatment, makes it all worth it.
