About me
I offer the guidance, insight and support my clients need to complete transactions successfully, no matter how complex the factors at play.
My practice spans various shipping and aviation matters such as sales, purchases, financing, refinancing and leasing, along with general corporate work like mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements.
Clients I work with include ship owners, operators, managers, charterers and lending banks along with aircraft owners, family offices, managers and banks, as well as private equity companies and small businesses.
Openness, honesty, trust and respect underpin my approach, and I make it my mission to let clients know they can depend on my support whatever challenge they face.
I draw on extensive industry and technical knowledge to give commercially sound advice and anticipate any problems before they occur. I go above and beyond, supporting clients every step of the way to reach a successful outcome within the agreed timeframes. Seeing a transaction reach completion, knowing the client has achieved their goals, is something I find truly satisfying.
I like to give back where I can, getting involved in community initiatives and delivering presentations to schools and universities.
