A specialist in corporate law, I have extensive experience advising on a broad range of company law matters. This includes equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate governance.
Contributing to the success of our clients and colleagues is what gets me out of bed in the morning. As a professional support lawyer, I play a pivotal role in ensuring our team and clients always remain abreast of the latest legal developments – whether that’s delivering training, contributing to thought leadership, responding to law reform proposals or offering support on technical legal issues.
In a previous life, I worked in house advising private equity-backed domiciliary care companies on acquisitions. This puts me at a major advantage, giving me a unique perspective of the client experience and the commercial drivers involved in decision making, enabling me to deliver technically sound, commercially focussed advice.
Innovation is an interest of mine, and I get involved with piloting and implementing new legal technologies in the workplace. I’m also a member of our firm’s family and life stages working group.
