I’m a specialist in real estate law for the healthcare sector, working with NHS bodies, primary care providers and investors.
My practice spans the full range of property transactions including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals as well as issues relating to leases and deeds.
I work collaboratively with clients, combining deep sector knowledge with a pragmatic, client-focused approach. I give clients the insight to simplify the complex, negotiate effectively, and secure the best possible terms.
My understanding of the healthcare industry allows me to see beyond legal complexities and focus on the strategic value of each transaction, ensuring it aligns with the client’s broader commercial vision.
I’m driven by a desire to improve lives and communities. That’s why I love what I do, as it allows me to ensure the industry has the safe, efficient buildings it needs to provide effective healthcare.
Travel is also a passion of mine. It’s broadened my horizons and helped me recognise how lucky we are to have the NHS.
My experience
- Acted for Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on the acquisition of land for their new hospital (part of the National Hospitals Programme).
- Acted for the Partners of the Lawrence House Group Practice on their occupation of new primary care premises in a local authority led mixed use development in Haringey.
