About me
I’m an experienced corporate and financial restructuring lawyer.
I advise on all aspects of restructuring, insolvency, special situations and enforcement considerations acting for private credit funds, private equity sponsors, asset managers, distressed investors, financial institutions, boards of directors and insolvency practitioners.
My practice also includes distressed sales and acquisitions, investment due diligence and advising on performing and non-performing debt sales (single name and portfolios).
I have previously advised on matters relating to various industries including oil and gas, retail, aerospace, shipping and automotive manufacturing.
I’m committed to building long-term relationships with my clients, offering the guidance they need to get deals over the line while anticipating their future needs and any support we might offer beyond completion of the transaction at hand.
Outside of work, I like to spend my time in East London with my young family.
My experience
- Advised a private credit fund with respect to its c.£300 million secured loan to a large, distressed borrower group with respect to contingency planning, enforcement action and credit bid.
- Advised an alternative investment fund manager on the acquisition of multiple portfolios of distressed consumer debt from various seller entities.
- Advised an alternative investment fund manager on its acquisition of a c.£300 million portfolio of regulated consumer motor-finance debt from a distressed seller.
- Advised a private credit fund with respect to its investment in an international automotive business including contingency planning and standstill arrangements.
