I’m proud to be the trusted guardian of Learning and Development here at Hill Dickinson, with 25 years’ experience of helping people perform at their best. I lead a cross-functional team delivering career progression, leadership development and innovative digital learning. With a background in behavioural learning, I believe development should be practical, relevant and human.
These beliefs are influenced by my personal experiences which range from retracing my grandfather’s footsteps through Sri Lanka, to memories that bring me closer to home, like singalongs to Billy Joel’s Piano Man.
