About me
I’m a Legal Director specialising in employment law, advising on all aspects from contracts and TUPE to performance management, reorganisation and dispute resolution. I act for clients across a range of sectors, including retail, accounting, recruitment and hospitality.
I work closely with clients to understand their commercial drivers and help them manage legal risk. My advice is straightforward, commercially minded and focused on helping clients achieve practical outcomes. I’ve supported major corporate deals and long-standing clients, including Henri Lloyd, on both day-to-day and strategic matters.
I’m valued for my pragmatic and responsive approach and my ability to build trusted relationships.
Some of my most memorable travels were to Fiji, New Zealand and San Francisco before qualifying as a solicitor. I’m also a lifelong Shakespeare fan: Othello is a favourite, though A Midsummer Night’s Dream is best experienced live on stage.
My experience
- Henri Lloyd has been a longstanding client of mine.
- I have worked on a number of high-profile corporate deals with my corporate colleagues.
