About me
I’m an employment law specialist who advises healthcare bodies and institutions like NHS England and NHS trusts across the country.
My practice spans a range of employment and HR issues, including providing ad-hoc advice and reviewing contracts of employment and policies, as well as advising on settlement agreements and assisting clients through the employment tribunal process.
Clients often tell me I’m reliable, supportive and pragmatic in my outlook. I think it’s important to build a good rapport with clients, taking the time to listen and paying close attention to detail. In doing so, I can truly understand what clients need and how best to help them reach a successful outcome.
Every day, I get to support clients who are doing important work, often under immense pressure. The healthcare sector is a uniquely complex, sensitive environment, so I take pride in helping clients navigate any employment challenges it presents, so they can focus on supporting patients.
