I’m here to support clients on corporate, commercial and financing matters. My practice spans advisory and transactional work, both here in the UK and across the world.
I focus especially on assisting with the acquisition or disposal and financing of significant assets like companies, ships, offshore assets and aircraft and related joint venture arrangements.
My clients include corporate entities, offshore service providers, shipowners, ship operators, aircraft owners and operators, high net worth individuals, family offices, banks and leasing companies.
I always keep the client’s objectives and timelines in mind, providing the commercially savvy advice and outstanding service they need to bring about the desired results.
I have a wealth of experience, allowing me to advise on various types of transactions across many sectors. I also have a keen eye for detail and an ability to see the big picture, having come across most possible scenarios before, so I’m always able to guide clients in the right direction.
I don’t shy away from a challenge. In my role, I often work on a range of complex transactions involving different asset types and jurisdictions, and this is something I find truly rewarding.
My experience
- Advising ADES International Holding Limited on its acquisition of the Saudi Arabian drilling services business of Seadrill.
- Advising a new shipowner on the acquisition and financing (by sale and leaseback) of its first two bulk carrier purchases.
- Advising the lender on the complex sale and financing of a ROPAX ferry into a Spanish tax lease structure.
- Advising a Dutch shipowner on the contracts for the construction of a series of eight tween deck multi-purpose vessels.
- Advising a government-backed shipowner on its joint venture for the acquisition and operation of LNG vessels.
- Advising various aircraft owners on the sale, acquisition, financing and leasing of aircraft and helicopters and related management agreements.
