I’m here to help clients execute superyacht and private aviation transactions.
I advise on financing, sale and purchase, as well as matters relating to newbuild construction, chartering, refit and operations / servicing of vessels and aircraft.
I work mostly with owners, operators and financiers of superyachts, jets and helicopters, while I also support yacht and aircraft managers, along with corporate services providers.
I bring broad experience across both shipping and aviation, offering a unique perspective that helps clients navigate complex operational and regulatory issues with ease, so they can move forward with confidence, complete transactions smoothly and achieve their commercial objectives.
I’ve been involved in pro bono projects all over the world, spanning various issues such as refugee protection, the rights of seafarers and the environmental impact of shipping and aviation.
I’m also a big Formula 1 fan and in my spare time, I love attending supercar events and track days.
My experience
- Experienced in matters relating to shipping including the financing, sale and purchase, chartering, construction and management of yachts, tenders and commercial ships.
- Experienced in handling transactions for lessors, airlines, banks and private equity funds, relating to financing, acquisition, disposal, chartering and structuring as well as the MRO and servicing of jets, helicopters, commercial aircraft and aircraft engines.
