I’m here to help my clients make their commercial property ambitions a reality.
I act on a wide range of matters including commercial property purchases and commercial leases (including the granting of new leases, renewals, assignments and underlettings) along with property development-related matters, such as development agreements.
The kinds of clients I support include large property occupiers, owner-managed SMEs and investors.
Clients describe me as hardworking, enthusiastic and responsive. Whenever I work with a client, I go above and beyond to understand their business, equipping me with the insight I need to advise them on the best course of action, so together we can achieve a successful outcome.
Where I can, I like to make a difference and I’ve been involved in fundraising for Wirral St John’s Hospice.

- Advised a large property occupier on several complex agreements for the construction and lease of new-build warehouses in various locations.
- Acted for a landowner on the sale of high-value developments sites with the benefit of planning permission.
- Acted for a property owner on a freehold sale and leaseback and underlease, completed in a very tight timeframe.
- Regularly act for various occupiers on the taking of new leases.
