About me
I handle all aspects of commercial real estate work, from acquisitions and disposals to investment and development projects, telecommunications, real estate finance and asset management.
I support clients in both the public and private sectors, across various industries including finance and investment, real estate, retail, leisure, telecommunications and transport and logistics.
Working with me is a true partnership. I go to great lengths to understand a client’s market and operational challenges, tailoring my approach to provide strategic guidance which clients can draw upon to achieve their objectives in the most efficient way.
I have extensive experience in acting on high-value, complex transactions for FTSE 100 clients and really enjoy the mental stimulation that comes from tackling a tricky deal, especially when the timescales are tight. It’s really satisfying when I walk past a completed development, buzzing with life, knowing I helped make it happen.
Helping those from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds access opportunities is important to me. I mentor students on a programme designed to help them reach their full career potential.
My experience
- Acting on City of London HQ pre-lets for international law firms.
- Acting as the real estate specialist on corporate mergers and acquisitions worth in excess of £200 million for FTSE 100 clients and asset reorganisations and re-gears of high profile, retail and leisure property portfolios in Covent Garden, London.
- Acting for an investor client on the sale of a University of Cambridge college worth in excess of £32 million.
- Acting for a significant UK developer on acquisitions, including land for the development of new, mixed-use schemes and investment properties for refurbishment and re-marketing.
- Undertaking a successful secondment at BTs head office in London.
