About me

I’m a commercial property lawyer who specialises in Real Estate financing, across all sectors, including office, retail and leisure, house builders and student living.

I work with a range of clients, from investors and developers to institutional lenders and alternative lenders. I have extensive experience in asset management in the retail and leisure industry, advising on projects such as shopping centre developments, outlet shopping schemes as well as town centre re-development schemes.

Determined and proactive, I have a can-do attitude and I never fail to get the job done. I find solutions rather than creating problems, working hand in hand with all key stakeholders to ensure no detail is missed, so together we can bring the transaction to a successful conclusion.

I’m a team player and I’m always ready to support others whether it’s my clients, colleagues or local community. I take an active role in coaching and mentoring colleagues who are just starting out and I like to get involved in wellbeing and community activities whenever I can.

My experience

  • Acting for a syndicate of banks (HSBC, Lloyds Bank, NatWest, Santander and Barclays) on a £580 million funding package for Bruntwood SciTech.
  • Acting for Santander in a new-to-bank undisclosed funding package for Campus Living Village, a global leader in the provision of on-campus student accommodation.
  • Advising on the real estate aspects of an MBO from JD Gyms Group.
