I’m a real estate litigator who advises on dilapidations claims, landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims and rights of way disputes.
My clients include commercial property owners, insurers, investors and developers.
I make it a priority to understand my clients’ commercial goals, and I work closely with them to determine the best way to bring about success. Analytical and thorough by nature, I examine matters from all angles, so I can identify any strategic factors we need to account for.
I thrive on the intellectual challenges presented by complex cases. I truly enjoy the problem-solving aspect of what I do and I find it rewarding to help clients find creative ways to achieve their goals.
I’m a father to two boys, who keep me busy when I’m not at work! I’m also a Manchester United fan and a whisky enthusiast.
