About me
I am a transactional Construction lawyer with 25 years’ experience, 18 of them as a Partner.
My practice covers the construction law aspects of acquisitions, disposals, regeneration and development, particularly major mixed use, living, hotel and logistics schemes. I also advise on construction aspects of secured lending arrangements, asset management and construction insolvency.
I work with a wide range of clients including developers, investors, funds and occupiers and I value the strong connections with my clients and their businesses.
I provide clear and practical guidance, aligned to the client’s commercial objectives, empowering them to get the project off the ground and deliver on their priorities. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a major ground-up development come to fruition.
