About me
I’m a Senior Associate in Hill Dickinson’s Property Litigation team with extensive experience of dealing with property-related disputes.
Acting for both investor-landlords and corporate occupiers, my work takes a particular focus on landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals, both hostile and unopposed, tenant default, repair notices, dilapidations, break options and termination of leases.
I thrive on both advisory works, often on portfolio management issues and also litigation where it’s necessary.
Reaching commercially sound solutions to our clients’ issues is what I love most about my role and my aim is always to be responsive and available to help whenever they need me.
I’m also passionate about EDI and am part of EDI networks both internally at the firm and externally.
