About me

I head up both the Corporate team and our Leeds office. As a partner, I specialise in private transactional work, including venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and disposals.

I act for a range of clients, including private equity houses, multinational investor-backed businesses, management teams and owner-managed businesses.

My approach is both personal and commercially focused. I enjoy getting under the skin of a business to deliver outcomes that align with the client's goals. Over the years, I've led complex, high-value deals across sectors from healthcare and tech to food and drink and industrials. Whether advising on a single acquisition or a full-scale exit, I bring clarity and commercial insight to every deal.

I’m a big fan of Sir Alex Ferguson’s leadership philosophy, especially when it comes to surrounding myself with good people. Clients tell me I'm responsive, pragmatic and solutions-focused, and that means a lot.
