About me
I’m a dedicated employment lawyer.
I advise on a broad range of day-to-day employment law and HR matters, and have particular experience with bullying, harassment and discrimination investigations as well as whistleblowing issues, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
Along with this, I also help employers prepare employment contracts, policies and handbooks.
I work with organisations of all sizes, and throughout my career I've supported some of the UK’s largest employers across a variety of sectors, including professional services and the public sector.
My role is to help clients navigate workplace challenges and find solutions that are fair, legally robust and commercially sensible, enabling them to achieve their objectives while doing right by their people.
