About me

I’m a specialist in intellectual property, data privacy and commercial law.

I help clients protect, enforce and commercialise their brands through strategic trademark portfolio management, intellectual property enforcement and taking anti-counterfeiting measures.

I work with clients across the fashion, luxury, retail, entertainment, sport, technology and consumer goods sectors, from early-stage businesses to established international brands.

I combine deep intellectual property expertise with a strong understanding of brand strategy, offering practical solutions that balance legal protection with commercial realities. I focus on simplifying complex issues and giving clear, actionable advice that’s aligned with each client’s goals.

I’m passionate about helping businesses build strong brands. Working with clients to find what makes their business unique, then supporting them as their brands grow and evolve, is truly rewarding.

Helping others is something that motivates me. I regularly undertake pro bono work, act as mentor to junior colleagues and work to support those with caring responsibilities.

My experience

Built and led high performing intellectual property teams, including growing a practice from three lawyers to over 20
Led intellectual property and data privacy work on multi-million-pound acquisitions, including fashion and image rights transactions of up to £250 million
Acted for global brands in the fashion, retail, luxury goods, lifestyle, hospitality and leisure sectors
Successfully enforced clients’ rights in trade mark oppositions and infringement actions for such clients, in addition to music and entertainment clients
Speak at major intellectual property conferences such as the European Intellectual Property Forum and the Brand Protection Forum
Guest speaker on intellectual property in fashion at the London College of Fashion

Following my husband’s DJ gigs through Europe – especially his stop at Lavarone in the Italian mountains

My mum – her resilience, warmth and work ethic shaped my approach to both life and leadership
