About me
I specialise in handling public and private mergers and acquisitions (both UK and cross-border) and complex joint ventures, along with IPOs and fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange.
I act for a broad range of clients from FTSE 250 businesses to smaller public companies, along with serial entrepreneurs, ultra-high-net-worth investors and heads of government.
Whether advising startups or established companies, I aim to be the strategic partner clients need to navigate complex decisions with confidence, building long-term relationships based on trust, efficiency, and a shared commitment to achieving results.
I work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide legal advice that is practical, clear, and commercially focused. I’m skilled at breaking down complex legal and regulatory issues, empowering my clients to make assured, future-focused choices.
Turning legal challenges into practical solutions is something I enjoy. It’s especially gratifying to act as a trusted advisor, who clients can depend on for sound judgment that aligns with their commercial objectives. Seeing my clients succeed, knowing I played a part, makes my work meaningful.
I’m committed to improving diversity and accessibility to the legal profession, and I often get involved with various initiatives to further this cause.
