About me
I’m a commercial dispute resolution lawyer, with a focus on company and partnership disputes, civil fraud, complex contractual claims, sports disputes and professional negligence. I help clients navigate high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution to achieve practical, strategic outcomes.
I represent a diverse range of clients, including property investors/developers, shipping companies, athletes, sports clubs and individual directors/shareholders of companies across various industries.
My approach prioritises clear communication, early risk assessment and tailored dispute resolution strategies to meet each client’s objectives. They’d describe me as strategic, tenacious and dependable – someone they can trust to be fully invested in their case and who delivers results with calmness, clarity and professionalism.
As well as extensive experience of English Court proceedings, I’ve acted in international arbitration and disciplinary tribunals and have significant expertise in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
What I value most about my role is achieving successful outcomes in challenging cases and helping clients resolve disputes that have a significant impact on their businesses or personal lives.

- Acting on behalf of a Panamanian Shipping Company in over $100 million LCIA and Commercial Court proceedings against a nation state relating to fishing rights.
- Acting on behalf of a property developer in a substantial circa £200 million breach of contract and fraud claim against a global hotel chain.
- Acting on behalf of shareholders in two substantial related s.994 unfair prejudice petitions relating to a nationwide group of dentistry practices.
- Acting on behalf of a property investor in substantial partnership dissolution proceedings involving multiple allegations of fraud and misappropriation spanning over 40 years.
- Acting on behalf of an elite athlete in sports disciplinary proceedings with their club and related defamation/reputation management matters.
