About me

As a partner in our Real Estate team, I advise investors, developers and corporate occupiers on high-value commercial property transactions. My focus is on delivering a responsive, partner-led service that aligns with each client’s strategic and commercial objectives.

Landmark transactions I’ve led include the £1.6 billion structured sale of the Battersea Power Station site; the pre-let to Apple for their UK headquarters; and complex mixed-use developments such as The Stage in Shoreditch. I act for clients including Galliard Group, Pegasus Group and Battersea Power Station Development Company.

I provide commercially focused legal advice that helps drive operational outcomes and long-term growth. Clients value my clarity, decisiveness and ability to balance legal risk with commercial reality.

I’m also invested in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture. Outside work, I enjoy travel, particularly Central America, and reading crime fiction like the Berlin Noir and Slow Horses series

My experience

  • Leading the team acting for Battersea Power Station Development Company (“BPSDC”) on the £1.6bn structured sale and long term asset and development strategy relating to the six-acre Battersea Power Station site to Malaysian investors.
