About me

I’m here to help employers protect their interests while remaining compliant, resolving issues and creating strong foundations for their teams. Having practised for over a decade, I advise on many crucial issues for employers.

This includes commercial settlements, data protection, TUPE, redundancies, change management, disciplinary and grievance investigations, absence management, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and breaches of confidentiality obligations along with executive terminations.

Should disputes arise, I can help employers resolve them effectively and I’m experienced in taking cases to the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

My clients are employers of various sizes, from large commercial organisations to family-run businesses, across a wide range of sectors including travel, retail, manufacturing and charity.

My approach is to embed myself in the client’s team, gaining a sound understanding of their brand, values and objectives. By doing so, I can act as a trusted advisor who’s there to deliver bespoke guidance and commercial solutions, empowering the client to succeed long term.

I genuinely enjoy the challenge of untangling complex issues and finding clear, workable solutions. The impact this has on the client, their business and their people makes everything I do worthwhile.

My experience

  • Acting for a global travel business in relation to a complex unfair dismissal and race discrimination claim.
  • Advising a high-profile fashion retailer in relation to the performance management of senior employees.
  • Assisting on a major investigation for a UK retail brand in relation to allegations of sexual harassment made against board members.
  • Preparing and delivering bespoke line management training for a large manufacturing client.
  • Advising on employment strategy and employee relations issues relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
