About me
I specialise in data protection law, advising clients on general compliance, cross-border transfers of personal data, privacy notices, data processing, data sharing and compliance with data subject rights. I also advise clients across a variety of technology transactions, outsourcing arrangements and commercial contracts.
Working with clients operating in a number of sectors, including technology, life sciences and health, as well as working with NHS organisations, I like to take a considered and pragmatic approach to the advice I provide.
Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, I worked in the not-for-profit sector and in the publishing industry and have also worked as part of an in-house legal team via client secondments.
I really enjoy the continual variety and challenge that data protection and commercial work brings, and feel like my diverse experience has given me valuable perspective and shaped my ability to provide commercially minded advice to our clients.
