As Hill Dickinson’s Recruitment Manager, I lead recruitment across our UK offices.
My role is all about understanding what our teams need, both now and in the future, while ensuring that candidates have a positive experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
I’m passionate about helping people find the right role and making sure recruitment feels human, not transactional. I make it my mission to ensure the process is open, supportive and transparent for every candidate, and that we truly get to know them, so we find the right fit for every role.
Behind the scenes, I work with our Managers and Partners to make responsible hiring decisions, using market insight to ensure our approach is fair and inclusive.
Outside of work I love to travel, and have been lucky enough to visit lots of incredible places so far.
