I’m a corporate law specialist who advises on mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and corporate governance.
I work with businesses of varying sizes, from small owner-managed firms to large multinational corporations, both here in the UK and all over the world. I support clients across a wide range of industries including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, transport and healthcare.

- Acted for a listed Japanese office equipment provider on its acquisition of a UK-based office furniture manufacturer
- Advised the Rambler Group on its acquisition of Mortons Travel from National Express
- Acted for a national garden centre firm on its acquisition of a family-run garden centre
- Acted for a national waste disposal company on an intra group reorganisation of its UK subsidiaries
- Completed a six-month secondment with the Legal Counsel of Arriva Group
