About me
I’m an employment lawyer who advises on a wide spectrum of matters, from TUPE, contracts and workplace-related policies to performance management, disciplinaries, grievances and settlement agreements, along with workplace restructures and redundancies, including collective consultations. I also assist with the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
With over 10 years’ experience in employment law, with a specialism within the education sector, I work with a wide range of employers across a variety of industries, from retail to manufacturing, and I also advise individuals.
Clients tend to say I’m professional, helpful and personable. I see it as my job to help clients achieve their aims. To get there, I listen carefully, provide commercially focused recommendations and do everything in my power to reach a favourable outcome, while always paying close attention to detail.
Away from work, my passion is sports, and I’m a big fan of both Everton Football Club and Formula 1.
