About me

I work with insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and corporate clients. I support them through financially distressed situations, advising on contentious matters (including antecedent and misfeasance claims) as well as non-contentious matters like the validity of security, directors’ duties and transactions (including the sale of the business and assets of distressed companies).

As an experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer, I’m here to guide clients through complex processes and help them get the best possible result.

Solution-focused by nature, I take the time to understand what matters to my clients, making sure my advice is both practical and aligns with their goals. Drawing on a range of experience, I see what others miss, empowering my clients to make fully informed decisions.

Clients see me as dependable and reliable, and I aim to be the person they call when they face a pressing legal issue. Whether it’s rescuing a business, recovering value for creditors or protecting directors from personal risk, for me, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping clients navigate challenging situations.

Away from work, I’m a keen sportsman – I used to play rugby at a high level, and I’m also interested in cricket, golf and padel. In recent years, I’ve become a hiking enthusiast and a lover of the outdoors.
