About me

I’m a corporate lawyer who acts as the trusted adviser that clients need during key moments of their business journeys, steering them through complex transactions to reach successful completions.

The kinds of clients I work with include institutional investors, owner-managers, corporates and financiers.

My practice spans all aspects of corporate law and transactional matters, with a focus on private equity/VC, solvent AMA processes and domestic and international M&A and disposals. I also have significant experience in handling multi-jurisdictional transactions and cross-border financing.

I take a pragmatic, commercial approach, combining strong technical expertise with a commercial, solutions-driven mindset to ensure the client understands how best to achieve their goals.

Clients often comment on my exceptional commitment and diligence. I personally invest my time, dedication and effort into each transaction I undertake, doing all I can to ensure success.

Supporting others is important to me, and I’m a member of the firm’s gender networking group.
