About me

As a real estate litigator, my job is to resolve disputes effectively and to solve the complex challenges my clients face. I represent a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors.

Clients describe me as thorough, methodical and pragmatic. I believe it’s key to get to know my clients as well as possible, so that I can understand their objectives and commercial agendas. That way, I can devise a tailored strategy, to maximise our chances for success. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to achieve their business goals.

I like working with junior lawyers to help them progress. To do that, I play an active role in our firm’s internal trainee committee.

In my spare time, I ride my motorbike, do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and play bass guitar.

My experience

  • Obtained an order for title rectification/obliging HMLR to effect that rectification, in a defended claim brought by my blue-chip lender client.
  • Obtained damages from a Telecoms Operator for its unauthorised use of a client's property.
  • Defended a national housing developer in a high value damages claim asserted by a Local Authority.
  • Defended a client in a claim under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 which sought significant damages.
