I specialise in large superyacht transactions. I have extensive experience in advising on newbuild construction contracts, refit contracts, sale and purchase transactions, finance of newbuild and pre-owned yachts, design and management contracts, charter agreements, crew employment agreements, ownership structures and the registration of superyachts.
