I’m known for crafting relationships that last, having acted for different generations of the same family and carrying out multiple transactions for the same clients over many years. I’m especially experienced in dealing with the prime London residential real estate market.
The client comes first and I transform any client relationship into a true partnership. I work closely with clients to determine what they want, providing effective advice, tailored to their unique needs and situation to help them achieve it.
No matter how complex the transaction, I ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule. Problem solving comes naturally to me. I have a talent for identifying issues early, and finding flexible, creative solutions to resolve them quickly and effectively.
No two transactions or clients are the same, and I find that refreshing. It’s rewarding to see each new transaction to the end, scoring a successful outcome.
Outside of work, I like to keep busy. I have two daughters and I like watching football and running.

- Acted for offshore company in connection with purchase of two adjacent off-plan flats in The Whiteley, London for £22 million.
- Acted for non-UK resident high net worth individual in connection with purchase of new flat in The OWO Residences, Whitehall, London for £10.8 million.
- Acted for high net worth individual in connection with purchase of flat in One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge for £7 million.
- Advised administrators in connection with a distressed residential development site in the Lake District including strategic advice, plot sales (44 units) and exit.
- Acted for property company in connection with acquisition of land for residential development, strategic advice and subsequent plots sales (28 units).
