About me

Based in Piraeus, I’m an Associate in our Finance and Corporate Shipping team. This involves advising Greek and international clients on ship sale and purchase transactions, ship finance, and corporate shipping matters.

My experience includes negotiating MOAs and recap terms, attending closings, drafting security documentation, advising on stakeholder arrangements, and assisting with Greek and foreign flag registrations.

I also support clients with vessel financings, shipbuilding contracts, corporate restructurings, and the establishment of ship management companies in Greece. My clients include shipowners, brokers, financiers, and stakeholders across the maritime sector. Diligent, responsive, and easy to work with, I focus on building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions with clarity and efficiency. I hold an LLB from Cardiff University and an LLM in International Maritime Law from Swansea University.

I care deeply about animal welfare and count a road trip through Sicily as a standout memory.
