About me
As Business Group Leader of our Marine, Trade and Energy group, I am responsible for the support that clients receive from all our lawyers across our global office network. My background is as a through highly complex a shipping casualty lawyer with many years of hands-on experience engaged in all types of casualty.
I remain as close to our clients as they wish but am predominantly engaged in supporting our lawyers so that they can provide the best possible service to clients. My early career was spent as a Master Mariner. I combine this first-hand knowledge with 30-plus years’ legal experience. This enables me to deliver tailored strategy and calm, pragmatic advice in crisis situations.
My connection to the sea extends beyond work too. I’m a keen diver with a particular love for wreck diving and diving with sharks.
