Having practised for over three decades, I’m an expert in commercial real estate law.
My mission is to deliver transactional commercial property deals on time, while never compromising on quality, to ensure the client can actualise their broader business goals.
The clients I work with range from utility firms to retailers, private land owners and developers. My client base is very well established, and in many cases, I’ve worked with them for 20 years or more.
My practice spans sales, acquisitions, developments and commercial leases in all sectors including investment, retail and utilities.
I bring a can-do attitude, strategic mindset and extensive know how. In doing so, I make sure to not just get the job done, but to deliver to the highest standard on every transaction.
Reliable by nature, I emotionally invest in every client. The client’s success means everything to me, and no matter how complex the factors at play, I’ll do everything in my power to get the deal done.
