About me

I’m an employment lawyer who supports healthcare clients such as NHS trusts, Ambulance trusts and GP practices.

I advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including disciplinaries, redundancies, performance management, grievances and defending employment tribunal claims in areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, flexible working, victimisation and whistleblowing. I also advise and negotiate settlement agreements. Along with this, I provide training on best practice.

Empathy underpins my approach. I go to great lengths to understand all perspectives and bring about fair outcomes. I always make sure I’m on the same page with my clients, and I’m an innovative thinker, with a talent for addressing challenges in the most effective, hassle-free way possible.

Through my work, I get to help people and I love that. Seeing how relieved clients are when I offer an effective way forward, or when a witness can have their story told, makes it all worthwhile.

I’m just as committed to supporting my colleagues and local communities. I’m a trained Mental Health First Aider, while I fundraise for our office charities and take part in our Schools’ Outreach Programme.

Outside of work I like travelling, going to the gym, meditation and gaming!
